Garden guest house separate from main house located around the corner of main property in the cul-de-sac. With private bathroom and separate entrance, with street parking in the cul-de-sac in front of the fence. Spacious 1,000 sq foot guest house with fridge, queen bed in 1 bedroom, coffee maker, as well as a twin trundle bed can be made into 2 twin sized bed as well as a queen inflatable mattress and 2 twin inflatable mattress in the closet. Extra bedding provided. Please ONLY use the garden and space provided in the listing description as there are other tenants that live on the property do NOT use the pool area as it is gated off and private property. We have security motion sensor cameras at the entrance of the property (front gate) as well as the entrance of the front door.
House Rules
No visitors unless otherwise approved by host. No events or parties. Guests must turn off AC unit/heater when leaving the house. This is an older home the fuse box will blow if the AC unit runs unattended NO SMOKING No pets as we have host and guest with severe allergies

Very quiet and tranquil family neighborhood. Located 9 miles from Legoland and Carlsbad beach. Located in Meadlowlark Ranch - on the coastal side of San Marcos towards San Elijo and Carlsbad. We are just down Palomar Airport Rd from Legoland and the beach.
Guest Access
Guests are able to access the garden guest house around the corner from the property in a cul-de-sac up the small stepping stones in between the fence line, to a separate gate and door with code key access. (watch your steps as some are uneven while approaching the property!) Street parking in the cul-de-sac around corner. Quiet safe neighborhood-
