Studio apartment 9 miles from Legoland. Carlsbad and beach close by. Hiking trails at the top of the neighborhood with ocean view and fireworks (From LegoLand) can be seen in the summer. Located in quiet family neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. Coastal side of San Marcos towards San Elijo & Carlsbad (Palomar Airport Rd.) Sleeps 3 adults 2 kiddos. Small kitchenette. Private bathroom.
Good to know
Studio apartment separate from main house with private bathroom and separate entrance located in the front of the property with street parking directly in front of the home. Spacious room with mini fridge, queen bed, coffee maker, sofa can be made into twin sized bed as well as a queen inflatable mattress and extra bedding provided.
House Rules
No parties or events No additional guests unless otherwise on the reservation. Guests must turn off AC unit/heater when leaving the house. This is an older home the fuse box will blow if the AC unit runs unattended NO SMOKING

Guests are able to access the private studio directly in front of the property up the small steps to a separate door with code key access. (watch your steps as some are uneven while approaching the property!) Street parking directly in front. Quiet safe neighborhood- located in cul-de-sac
